The house belongs to the landlady, who also lives there. She has been putting up students from the Royal Academy of Music, architecture students and language students for over ten years. Females preferred, ideally with references.

All bills are included in the price of the room. The house has a lovely garden, and is walking distance from Golders Green tube, Cricklewood train station, and West Hampstead overground. Buses include 113, 13, 82, 328, 260, 460 and 245. All conveniences found nearby.
