We have a small/medium double rooms becoming available in a huge flat with 3 lovely housemates.

The room is £590 a month inc all bills, broadband. The deposit is £450.

it is available from July 31st but there may be some flexibility.

You'll be living with Ian, a script writer/bookseller and Serena, a teacher. Both are great, very respectful and friendly.

There's a big lounge, an ENORMOUS kitchen and diner, a patio and a big garden, ideal for having friends round/ barbeques etc. The bath and toilet are in separate rooms.

It's a fantastic area, on a very quiet and peaceful residential street. It's ideal for transport, less than 10 mins' walk to Kilburn tube (zone 2, Jubilee line), 10 minutes to Cricklewood (zone 3, Thameslink) plus loads of buses. Also only 15 minute walk to West Hampstead. Plenty of nice pubs nearby, and no shortage of great restaurants.
