Cosy Double Room, Lovely Flat, Friendly Flatmates

Hello all you flat hunters!

My flatmate and I are hoping to keep the flat we've stayed in for nearly 2 years but our current lovely flatmate is moving home.

We welcome you to enquire if you are looking for a cosy, furnished double room with affordable rent and bills.

We have a garden just off our living room, a small kitchen and 2 two lively Scottish girls! It's only about 40mins into the centre and you have the choice of bus, tube, train or over ground.

Its a well kept flat and we hope you are too. We're a friendly duo so if you're new to London we'll help you settle and keep you right, if you're practically part of the brick work we offer a Scottish take on the city. We would love to here from anyone that is also friendly and outgoing, tidy and respectful and generally just easy going.

The room is immediately available to move into but contract/deposit/first months rent needs to be sorted by the 23rd Sept :) I'll get back to you ASAP should you be interested!
