Big bright double room in homely home, couples wel

Hello hello!!
We have a room available in our beautiful, homely north-west London home. It's a 4 bed property and one room is currently shared so we are 5 (plus one rather lovely cat!).The room is ideally for a couple and will be available from the 7th of August untill mid September (dates flexible).

The people:
We are Lisa, Jaz, Anne, Hannah and Jonas (Lisa and Jonas are away for a while); we're all friendly, happy students in our 20's who love our home and enjoy our time together. We hope to find housemates who can respect that we all have times when we need to work hard and times when we have lovely, fun free time together with dinners and drinks and music and the like . . . Our 6th housemate is a darling young cat called Ralph; he must be liked!! We like to share the home and garden with friends and by hosting occasional events (gigs, games etc) which means our ideal homemates should be tolerant of this and maybe interested in participating in these activities and happy to have the odd couch guest. We also have lots of quiet time and space in the house to relax.

The room:
It's a big downstairs room with lots of light from the front bay window and a beautiful old fireplace, currently there is a double and a single bed and plenty of storage space for 2. The rent is £660 per month plus bills which come to around another £30-£40 each per month.

The house:
We have a cottage style kitchen with a stable door out to the big garden, a lounge with a dining table and big comfy sofa which also has doors out to the garden. The bathroom has a shower over bath and we have under the stairs bike storage.

The locality:
Cycle to Paddington or Regent's park in 30 mins. We are located close to Cricklewood station (zone 3), from where you can catch the train to St. Pancras, 12 min. The next bus stop is 3 min by foot and offers you bus connections to Kilburn(underground) and Brondesbury (overground) (both in zone 2) and central London. There is a Lidl approximately 3-5min walking distance from our home, a Tesco-express (7min) and a from-all-around-the-world-shop (very nice) with beautiful fair trade and organic products (5min).
