A double room in Cricklewood available for a month

Hi everyone!

As I'm moving in with my girlfriend - and still have one month on my contract left - I'm looking for a person to replace me in my double room in Temple Road, Cricklewood. You can move in on the 19th of August and stay until the 19th of September - although if you like the flat you may decide to stay for longer upon renewing the contract with the landlord.

The room is large, light and long - and has tons of storage space (including an extra in-wall cupboard). It also has a bed - which you can't see on the photos as it's currently sitting in the living room (that way you can fit in the mattress sideways). Speaking of the bed - the room is fully furnished - and so is the flat.

Now, the flat - there are three more flatmates, all three of them are guys and recent theatre graduates or theatre design students. We have a living room (currently doubling as storage - but with a piano), a nice bright kitchen and a bathroom (naturally!).

The flat itself is two minutes walk from Mora Road bus stop - which has buses to pretty much everywhere in Central London every two or three minutes, but also to Cricklewood trains station (King's Cross door to door in 30 minutes), Kilburn Station, or - if you fancy a walk - a 20 minutes stroll to Willesden Green. Also, Brondesbury Overground station right next to Kilburn.

Shops wise - a massive Lidl, a couple of smaller Tescos and a fantastic, huge international shop just round a corner. Also, two gyms - a posh one and an affordable one. Take your pick!

Water & broadband are paid by the landlord so there's only gas & electricity to split - between four of you you shouldn't be expecting more than £15 total for that month. The deposit is one month rent - but I'm happy to chip in to that if that's a problem.

On the side, our landlord is the most wonderful person in the world. As you can possibly tell by him allowing me to do that swap with no problems whatsoever!

Viewings are available on Sunday as I'm working today and tomorrow - and you can move in on Tuesday (or even Sunday, really, I'm quite flexible). The room will be completely cleared from my stuff by then (I really don't have that much stuff).
