Refurbished clean and cosy house with garden

I am looking for up to 4 people to join me in a refurbished, clean and cosy houseshare in a great location with superb transport links and local amenities. The house is modern and practical with 2 bathrooms, colourful kitchen, cafe style diner, 4 double rooms and a lovely back garden. The house is being updated so am looking for people who want to join to make it a lovely home.

The house is strictly non-smoking and we will have a cleaning rota and share in other household expenses.

The house is great as there is a bus stop across the road and Cricklewood Broadway is only a short walk away. Kilburn tube is also a short bus trip away so it is easy to get to central London in about 40 minutes!

The price includes water and council tax but we share gas, electricity and internet.
