We have a double room to let available on the
1st of November.
The room: Independent entrance from the garden, embedded closet and other closet, double bed ,sharing bathroom with 1 person.
The house has a considerable garden with barbacue, 3 bathrooms ,large kitchen and living room, besides the garden on the lower floor there is a small balcony on the living room area. We are all European, quite friendly and easy going. We would prefer similar housemates. Ideally the room would be suitable for a couple but a single will be also considered, specially an artist would have privacy and space to work. The deposit is payable in two parts if need.
