Victorian conversion first floor flat – includes all bills and WiFi. Virgin TV. On-street residents parking permit is available (payable to local authority).

Suits a quiet person who just wants to sleep in a comfortable room after a busy day. Kitchen is small, so would suit someone who cooks quick meals.

Room does not have a wardrobe but enough space to hang or fold clothes. Not suitable for someone with a lot of stuff.

- Rent of £170.00 payable weekly in advance
- Lodger Agreement will be issued
