Available from 24th August, this is our lovely large loft room with luxury en-suite shower room and kitchenette.

The room is a modern conversion, and is a really good size (over 25 square metres), bright, airy and beautifully furnished, with French doors that open to a view over lush green gardens. It is a quiet and peaceful space at the top of the house. There is plenty of storage and a spacious private en-suite shower room. There is also a small shared kitchenette with a washing machine and your own fridge.

The house is in charming and peaceful Olive Road NW2, a safe and quiet area with great transport links at Willesden Green (Jubilee line) and Cricklewood (ThamesLink overland to St Pancras, Blackfriars & beyond). The wide open spaces of Gladstone Park are literally 2 minutes away with tennis courts and a weekly Park Run, and the newly reopened Cricklewood Library is on the corner.

You will be sharing with live - in landlords Steve & Sally, and one other lodger on the first floor, with her own private facilities. The house is big enough that you can be sociable or live your own life as you please. We are all well behaved, love our home, up for a chat and a glass of wine. It’s a warm and sociable environment, but equally it’s easy to keep to yourself. It is not a party house and there’s no smoking in the house at all.

We have a beautiful south-facing garden where you can lounge in a hammock, and our friendly pets, two Siamese cats (free range - they will come to visit you!) and an Italian Greyhound dog (ground floor only).

All bills, cleaning and fast wifi are included.

If you’re interested please get in touch. We would prefer a longer term let but will consider shorter term too. A small well - behaved dog might be acceptable, but our cats are too territorial to share their space with any extra felines.
