Description

Hello! I'm looking for a new friend to share a great two bedroom flat in Cricklewood with.

About me:
I'm Kirsty. Nice to meet you. My current flatmate is moving out soon and because I love this flat so much I'm looking for someone new and great to share with. I work full time for an animal rights charity near Kings Cross. I'm a quiet person at home - I like to party, sure, but use my home as a place of calm and rest. I'm clean and tidy. I love to read, explore London, listen to music, all the usual stuff. I'm British, originally from Manchester and speak a little bit of French.

About you:
I'm looking for someone reliable and who can pay rent on time. You need to be in full time employment and willing to put forward all the boring stuff (listed below) and be willing to sign up to a 12 month contract. As mentioned, I enjoy living in a quiet flat so would like someone who would also enjoy and respect this. No smoking please.

About the flat:
It is a cute two bedroom/two bathroom furnished flat with an open plan living room and kitchen. It's a solidly built flat which gets lots of sunshine. Situated on a quiet street just off a main road. We have neighbours upstairs and downstairs (we are on the first floor), all of whom are friendly and quiet. The contract will be a joint tenancy agreement for 12 months. Move in date is 14th June. The landlords are a married couple who are very friendly and always happy to help should any issues arise (rare!) Bills are not included in the rent but add up to approx £120 per month. This includes electricity, water, council tax, heating and internet.

About your room:
Double room with real double bed (really comfy), sash window, a vintage looking fireplace and comes complete with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has it's own toilet, a power shower corner, sink, heated towel rail and quirky coloured window. I repeat - You get a double room complete with your own bathroom! Currently my flatmate has quite a bit of furniture in there which makes the room look quite small - Please believe me when I say it's bigger in person!

About the area:
We are in Cricklewood, but Willesden Green, Kilburn and Golders Green are all REALLY close. National rail is a five minute walk away, with the Northern line, Jubilee Line, Bakerloo and Overground all really easy to get to. Night buses run 24 hours and drop you off 2 minutes from the flat. Kilburn is great for bars and restaurants and West Hampstead is easy to get to should you fancy a posh night out. There are local shops open 24/h which are 2 mins away and a great Coop just around the corner.

Now, the boring stuff:
The landlords are lovely, but like to do things the official way, for the benefit of both parties. Before moving in you would need to provide the following:
Admin Fee (paid to the agency drawing up the contract) :£200
One month's rent as deposit
One month's rent in advance
Photographic ID ( Passport / Driving License )
3 Months payslips
3 Months Bank Statements
Employers Reference
Previous Landlords Reference

I'm really looking for a new friend, not just someone to share a flat with. I'd like to get to know you, socialise, go out together. Hopefully that's you!
