Abundantly furnished varying sized double bedrooms in a mid-terraced period property (Band F).. Separate kitchen; dedicated communal dining room and communal living\TV room; 100ft garden. Two toilets, bathroom with separate bath and shower, and as I have my own sanitary facilities, will be used solely by the 3 housemates. They will also have sole use of microwave and fridge/freezer. Cleaning schedule will be in place. Definitely not a party house. Unfortunately no animals, although caged pets within rooms acceptable.
Very quiet residential neighbourhood, although local shopping within 2 mins walk. Exceptionally conveniently situated for all local amenities. Golders Green (Northern Line) and Willesden Green (Jubilee Line) underground stations 5 mins by direct multiple buses. Golders Green approximately 20mins walk. Cricklewood mainline station 5 mins walk offering direct access to St Pancras, Luton and Gatwick Airports. 20 mins walk to both Hampstead Heath and Brent Cross shopping centre. Numerous transport options allowing very easy access to West Hampstead, Camden Town, and all areas into Central London.
