I am going travelling from 27th Dec - 20th Mar this year so will need someone to occupy my room within this time. We are flexible with the dates, however it can't begin before 22nd Dec or extend beyond 20th Mar.
This is a large, four bedroom flat with two bathrooms and an outside yard. It has great transport links with Crofton Park station a 5 minute walk away and the overground a 15 minute walk. From those stations you can get to Elephant and Castle in 15 mins, Canada Water in 15 mins and Blackfriars in 20 mins.
The rent is £550 per month including bills, paid via bank transfer to me each month. You will be living with 3 lovely, sociable people between the ages 28-31.
This is ideal for anyone on a short term contract, travelling for work or just doing a bit of London exploration!
