A spacious and well-light double room is available to rent in a friendly house share in Crofton Park from 01 Feb 2025 onwards. The property which includes: two double bedrooms, one shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a large private garden will be shared with one other tenant (me). I am a 32 year old full-time professional working as an Intelligence Analyst at a security and risk advisory firm in the city, and Nehru, a friendly 10.5 year old neutered male pet cat.
I am extremely easy-going and sociable with an interest in travel, music, art, literature, sports and cooking. While I am respectful of others' down time and private space, the property is best suited to someone who wants to live in a friendly home environment, likes being sociable, spending time around nature and lots of greenery (including gardening and BBQ’s in your own large private garden) and is very comfortable with a cat and communal living.
Your New Double Bedroom:
A brightly lit spacious double room (10 sq feet) that can come unfurnished or furnished with a Memory foam mattress, triple IKEA wardrobe, study table and a chair. In December, the room received a fresh coat of paint. It overlooks the private garden.

The rent does not cover Council Tax, Bills and Utilities. The approximate additional utility bills per month will be:
Council Tax (Band C) - 86 GBP Per Month
Energy & Gas - 90 GBP PM (Based on Winter estimates)
Internet - 22 GBP PM
Water - 40 GBP PM
