This cute little flat is an absolute steal!! A stone throw away from Crofton Park train station connecting to Victoria, Blackfriars and London St Pancras, and a 10 minute walk to Brockley overground station connecting you to the Jubilee line.
Lovely, leafy area with the flat situated above a lovely local, The Crofton Tavern for your weekly pub quiz and after work bevs fix!
You will be living with 2 gay guys both in the performing industry, similar interests are a plus but not essential. Marcus has lived in the flat for just shy of 10 years which speaks for itself!! He has an adorable fluffy son, Jasper, who spends time both here and at his other dad’s. Tom has also lived in the flat for years between his cruising contracts. He goes away on contracts for a few months at a time so it will often be just two (3 including Jasper!) in the flat.
Looking for a friendly, professional housemate who likes to socialise, but equally happy to have own space.
The room itself is furnished with a double bed and an open style wardrobe. Suitable for a tenant who doesn’t require a lot of storage space. There is however a chest of drawers on the landing for you to use and storage cupboards in the living room and landing which you are also welcome to use for extra space!
