Double bedroom is available in my 4 bedroom Victorian house. You also have access to a dedicated office on the first floor. On the ground floor there are two separate lounges, the second one opening out to the large open plan kitchen / dining area and south facing garden. Rent is inclusive of all bills (utilities, council tax, broadband, TV license, insurance)

Two bedrooms (one occupied by myself, yours being the other), shared bathroom with me (shower/ bath / sink / toilet) [I keep the bathroom very clean!] and separate office with standing desk, chair plus additional hanging space / shelves.

This area is clean, quiet and safe with access to good parks, nearby shops, gyms, restaurants, bars and services. It is well connected for travel into London with free street parking, good access to buses and Lime bikes with safe cycle routes into central London. You can also have a space for a bike in a secure Cyclehoop 30m away.

You’ll be sharing with myself and my other lodger who lives on the top floor. I’m 45, married and work in the City and travel to Canada every 4 to 6 weeks to see my wife and children who are temporarily residing there. I work long hours Mon-Fri in the office with occasional WFH.

My existing lodger is mid 30s and is a cinematographer who works offsite. We are both very clean, friendly and sociable, are happy to cook together and hang out but equally are both independent with our work schedules.

The floor plans show the layout of the house - the room available is Bedroom 1 on the first floor - it's a very quiet and large room with lots of space.

The room is available from 18th April until 1st August (possibility to extend until 21st August)
