2 double rooms to rent in a lovely house

There are 2 double rooms available in this lovely 3-bed houseshare. There is a garden, with a shelter to put your bike in, and you can easily park your car in front of the house. 2 of the tenants are moving out and I would love to recreate a friendly cosy home, looking for 2 friendly, kind, respectful, tidy/clean housemates. This is a chill vibe house, so no big parties, but it would be lovely to share dinners/movie nights etc sometimes, and also respecting each other time.
You would be living with me, Clara, 28yo, piano teacher, really enjoy music, going to parks, concerts exhibitions and also happy to discover new exciting things! I'm chill and calm, I can have a quite busy schedule, depending on the weeks but always happy to have fun and share good times!

The rent is £683 without bills at the moment, the landlord is gonna raise it a bit, so it would be around £716 from September.
Council tax + bills = £118 per month each

Move-in date is on 22nd of September.
You will need to pass referencing with the agents, your income must be 30x the rental share or you will need to have a UK guarantor.

The rooms come unfurnished. Our housemate owns a lot of stuff in the living room and will bring them with him when he moves out, so if you have spare furniture and decorations for the living room, it's great!
