Unfurnished double bedroom available in a four-person house share in Crofton Park.

Hi London, we're looking for someone to join our tenancy in a large, four-bed Victorian terrace in Crofton Park due to a last-minute drop out. You'll be sharing with:
Jack - 32 y/o PhD student in the Environmental Sciences
Poppy - 30 y/o PhD student in Public Health and Disaster Preparedness
Felicity - 32 y/o teacher
And three animals (two cats and a small dog).

The house has a lovely back garden and is being repainted throughout before we move in. There’s free street parking outside, and the house is directly opposite the entrance to Crofton Park station and about a 15 minute walk from Honor Oak and Brockley stations. There’s a shared living room to the front of the house, and there are two bathrooms (each with showers over the bathtubs). The bedroom available is a good sized double room on the ground floor, and comes unfurnished.

We're looking for a housemate who is sociable and keen to make the house a home, but who also is considerate of other housemates’ personal space and time too. You’ll need to be able to pass the referencing process, so likely be a professional earning at least £30,000 pa. (Council tax band D, bills are all likely to come to around £100-120pppm).

We have a short video of the room available on the listing - but bear in mind that this was taken whilst previous tenants were in the house still. The house is due to be repainted, and the room will be offered unfurnished.
