Double room in lovely houseshare

We are Tamsyn and Josh, two housemates in a lovely three bedroom, two bathroom houseshare looking for a third housemate.

The property is terraced and a few minutes walk from Crofton Park station and a 10-15 minute walk to both Ladywell and Brockley.

The double room available is a good size, located at the back of the house so it’s nice and peaceful. We have plenty of space for 3 people, which is hard to find in London. Two reception rooms and a large kitchen, with a great 6 ring cooker, perfect if you’re into cooking!

Josh (28) works in video game design and Tamsyn (32) is currently working in healthcare.

We are looking for someone who is respectful and sociable and wants to make this house their home. We are very welcoming to someone who wants to contribute to the household, rather than just looking to rent a room.

We occasionally have dinner parties, barbecues in the summer and have hosted bigger parties over the years for special occasions as we have such a great space - saying that, it’s generally a very peaceful and cosy home.

We are considerate of each other’s space but equally enjoy hanging out, catching up or watching films. We have two house rabbits (in Tamsyn’s room) and are open to other pets in the house.

If you’re green fingered, the garden is a constant work in progress and it is such a sun trap in the summer.

We are situated on a quiet road and two of our previous housemates have never struggled to find a parking space on the street.
