Spacious Double Room with Private Bathroom

A lovely, bright, and spacious large double room is available to rent on the top floor of our home. You’ll have your own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy.

Our house is in a fantastic location with excellent transport links:
• Crofton Park station is just a 3-minute walk away, offering direct connections to Victoria and Blackfriars.
• Honor Oak Park station is a 6-minute walk, with links to Canada Water and London Bridge.
• Convenient bus stops are located at the end of the road, including night buses.

We’re also close to shops, cafes, pubs, parks, and other local amenities.

The room is well-furnished, featuring:
• A small double bed
• A large drawer unit
• A rail for hanging clothes
• A side table

If needed, I can provide a small mini fridge and/or a folding table and chair for you to use in your room. You’ll also have access to our large, fully-fitted kitchen in our charming Victorian house, as well as a lovely garden.

You’ll be sharing the house with me, my adult daughter, and our dog. We would prefer a female tenant to share our home with but would be open if you feel you would be a good fit. We’re looking for someone laidback, friendly and tidy.

Rent includes all bills (gas central heating, electricity, water, council tax, and Wi-Fi).
