I’ll be leaving after 3 years to live with my best mate so we are looking for someone in their late 20s/ early 30s to move in from the 8th July! Our little flat is a 1 minute walk from Crofton Park Station and a 15 minute walk from Brockley Station.

We enjoy a nice balance of being social and doing our own thing, and we’re looking for someone who'll add to the chill home atmosphere. We’re out quite a lot, but a chat and occasional dinner together is always nice! We clean up after ourselves and happily contribute to keeping things tidy, and we'd like our new housemate to be happy sharing in this.
Rent: £525 per month + bills, which are around £80 per month all in (this fluctuates slightly in winter with topping up the gas meter for the heating and hot water)
Deposit: Five weeks' rent - £588.95. The room comes with the double bed, wardrobe and hanging shelves pictured, or alternatively these can be removed if you'd prefer to furnish the room yourself Storage: There is ground floor indoor bike storage available.

You'll be living with Hannah, a somatic coach and pilates instructor and Lusi who works at a women’s charity.
