We have a room available at the end of the month, sharing with 3 in Crofton Park. Queer house, looking for a woman, preferably 24+ and also queer (but not necessary).

The house catches gorgeous light from all angles, with nice big windows. Housemates enjoy having a catch-up in the kitchen whilst cooking, watching TV together in the living room and also have a good understanding of how to respect each other's space.

I'm only leaving because I need to relocate! These guys have been the loveliest housemates and I'm sad to be leaving this house behind.

Bills come to ~£100/month

Deposit is ~£800

Lulu (27, she/her) -
artist, works at tate modern, enjoys small collectibles, cooking (healthy style)

Lily (25, she/her) -
Studying a PhD in digital cultures, waitress, loves folkore and plays acoustic guitar (good singer & has played at the local trad night, Blythe Hill Tavern)

Josh (25 he/him) -
Studying at the RA in Art, works at a clothes store, loves pop culture and watching series likes SITC with the house

Guarantor will be needed.
