Furnished Double Bed across from Crofton Park St

We’re looking for a housemate to join our 4 bed house located a few steps from Crofton Park Station. The house includes a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and backyard. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, and drawers. Besides Crofton Park Station which has trains to Blackfriars, Kings Cross, and Luton Airport, the house is a ~15 minute walk to Brockley Overground Station and also Ladywell Station. As far as who you’d be living with, we’re 3 women in our late 20s and 30s who are in and out of the house frequently. Looking for someone friendly and relatively tidy :) Monthly bills range from ~£50-150 depending on the season, which includes a weekly cleaner for the shared spaces.
