Double room in 3 bed house with a garden SE4

We’ve got a double room going in our lovely house in SE4, just over a 5 minute walk to the Crofton Park station (Thameslink) which gets you into the city in around 20 minutes. We’re also a 15 minute walk from both Brockley and Honor Oak Park stations (Overground). Not too forget a short walk or even shorter bus into Peckham Rye.

You’ll be living with two professionals. I work in festivals (27) and the Emily is a restaurant manager (31). The house has a nice balance, we’re social and enjoy the pub, wine nights, and a good catch-up, but we don't tend to bring the party home to be respectful that this is everyone's safe place.

The house is spacious with two bathrooms (one family, one ensuite), a huge living room, garden, and a driveway if you’ve got a car (the road outside is also all free parking).

Rent is £867 per month, with bills roughly £100 on top. Part furnished (you can have a chat with Paige who is leaving and come to an agreement on what you'd like to keep).

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easy-going but most importantly someone who will be more like a friend than a housemate
