Double bedroom in Crofton Park

This is a ground floor bedroom with a bay window and a fireplace, in a midterrace house in a quiet residential street. The room is unfurnished but it might be possible to use some of the furniture that's already there.
The house is shared with 3 professionals and a lovely lady cat. We are an interpreter, a librarian and a gardner.
Bathroom is large and has a bathtub. It will only be shared with one other tenant.
Kitchen and living room are shared and we also have a lovely garden in the back, perfect in the summer.
This area has great bus connections, the Overground, and 3 train stations within a 15 minute walk. There are also some lovely pubs and restaurants around, and several parks.
