The room is available from late April. Preference will be given to someone who can move in late April or in early May.

The flat has a large living room (with plenty of room for a desk), one bathroom and a separate toilet room, a kitchen (with a dishwasher), a small balcony and a large shared communal patio/garden. It is a large flat, with the room on the second floor. It also gets plenty of sunlight. The room comes with a large closet and small set of drawers.

You’d be sharing the flat with Jake (26) and Lydia (23). Lydia is a journalist, and Jake is a furniture maker. Both are friendly and kind, but equally enjoy their private time. They would be looking for someone easygoing, tidy and considerate. Unfortunately no couples.

The rent is £740pcm plus bills (around £125 in winter) and a £635 deposit.
