Please note that the rent is due to go up by an extra £50 when the lounge is fully refurbed. £115/month bills on top (so currently £555 per month inclusive of bills) includes council tax, utilities and broadband. Close to Ladywell BR (for London Bridge) , Crofton Park BR (for Blackfriars and Elephant) and Honor Oak Park or Brockley stations (for overground to Highbury & Islington and BR to London Bridge).
