Garden and lounge. £100/month bills includes council tax, utilities and broadband. Please be prepared to budget for higher bills , however. One month's deposit (£490). Parking available. Close to Ladywell BR (for London Bridge) , Crofton Park BR (for Blackfriars and Elephant) and Honor Oak Park or Brockley stations (for overground to Highbury & Islington and BR to London Bridge). Lewisham for gym and swimming pool. No students (sorry). Vegetarians / Vegans preferred!
