The room itself is light and airy. It has a wardrobe, small double bed, and large desk that overlooks the garden.

We are a friendly, easy going, clean and tidy professional household. We are looking for someone that is easy going, friendly, clean & tidy. We have a cleaning rota and we also just clean as we go too. We are looking for someone who is a working professional that doesn't work from home. Short lets are welcomed.

The house is homely with an attractive garden. The house is situated next to Ladywell fields, there are plenty of parks in the area. Its ideal for people who like walks, runs, greenary.

It has all mod cons; fast internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

The house has also excellent transport links. It's under an eight minute walk to Catford train stations, 15 minute walk to Crofton Park train station, and a 20 minute walk to both Brockley and Honor Oak Park train stations. There are plenty of buses that take you anywhere you want to go too.
