Hello, I need to find a substitute for my room from mid/end December 2025, as I’ll be relocating to Paris at the beginning of January.
The room is part of a beautiful apartment in a classic London building with white columns, just 10 minutes’ walk from High Street Kensington and Earl’s Court tube stations, with many bus stops nearby.
It’s a private room overlooking the garden (not the street), furnished with a single bed (which can become a double), practical IKEA drawers and plenty of storage. You’ll have your own private bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. Shared spaces include a spacious, bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), to share with my flatmate, who is very friendly and welcoming and works here in London. :)
The area is quiet and residential, with a large Tesco supermarket just 2 minutes away.
Rent: £1350/month
Bills: around £200/month
Deposit: £1575
Minimum required income: 2.5x monthly rent (checked by the letting agency)
Long-term tenancy (until September 2027, but with the possibility to leave earlier)
Room available from mid/end December (exact date flexible)
Viewing possible on request, move-in date flexible.
