Double room is available starting on 4th May in the cosy 2 bed-2 bath apartment, as I am leaving the country.

The flat is located on the fifth floor, accessed by two lifts. The building has a Concierge working Mon-Fri. The building does not possess parking lots. The flat has two balconies facing East and West. The cosy living area and kitchen with good appliances. Some cooking utensils are included.

Your room would be a double room with its own bathroom with bathtub/shower. You will have to go through the references carried out by the letting agency Chestertons. The flat is pet-friendly. The bills are not included. The deposit is £1750. The council tax band is F.

A bit about the area: the nearest station is Crossharbour, which is literally 2 minutes walk (DLR directly to Bank or London City Airport). Canary Wharf is roughly 12 minutes walk with links to the city using Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. The area is safe, with many restaurants, coffee shops, a few small parks and one farm (many animals). Also, Greenwich Park is approximately 30 minutes walk via the under-river tunnel. The nearest gym is Nuffield Baltimore (approx.3 minutes walk). The nearest grocery shop is Tesco (approx.3 minutes walk), Co-op (5 minutes walk), Asda (5 minutes walk) and Waitrose (20 minutes walk). If you work in the city, this area is fantastic for living.

A bit about flatmate: Nicola is in his early 30s working in IT. He works both from home and the office. He travels home a lot, so often the flat would be for you only.
