Cute Flat near Crossharbour DLR

I have a double room to rent in my duplex ground floor flat, very close to Crossharbour station on the DLR.

The flat is spacious and just been decorated top to bottom. It has a private patio perfect to catch the sun and a front garden opening into a communal green space for gardening enthusiasts. It has a community feel but quiet at night, which is unusual for London. The neighbours consist of families and couples.

The room is spacious with views of Canary Wharf. It comes with plenty of storage and space to work from home. You will have the living room, bathroom and kitchen all to yourself. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The Kitchen has all the usual appliances, along with a delonghi bean to cup coffee machine :)

I try to pop round every other week just to make sure my plants are watered and to collect my post :)

All bills are included in the rent.

I would prefer someone who does not eat pork and not consume alcohol in the flat. Outdoor shoes to be at the door, only indoor shoes inside. I have a preference for females but will consider others or couples if it is a right fit.
