Gorgeous Studio Flat, sadly leaving due to work commitments. The rent is £2000 inclusive of bills. There’s a sauna, gym, and pool upstairs as well as an onsite cafe/bar all on the 20th floor.

The property is a recently newly built development with a 24-hour concierge/reception, secure parcel room, friendly staff and high-end kitchen on the 1st floor.

Several lounges if WFH, 2’ walk from South Quay or Crossharbour tubes. I have lived here since July 2022 and it is peaceful and have never had any issues whatsoever.

The flat is quite spacious and it could well work for a couple as well. It features a kitchenette, 1 double bed, wardrobe, a table and 2 chairs, 1 TV, 2 large windows with a view as the flat is quite high up.

I am looking for a student or professional to undertake the remainder of my contract and can of course then negotiate their new contract post-June 2024. The fee for the contract transfer is c. £100.
