Description
Due to personal reasons, I need to leave the UK and transfer tenancy for one of the rooms in a 2B2B flat. The contract transfer will be handled officially. I’ve just paid the rent, and the rental period is from September 15th this year to September 14th next year. The latest move-in date is October 10th, but if you need to move in earlier, we can discuss the exact date. Additionally, the contract includes a 6-month break clause, which makes it quite flexible.
Since my flatmate (female) is working full-time, I need someone to share the council tax. If you’re a student but willing to split the council tax, you’re welcome to inquire as well.
The rent is £2850 per month, £1425 per person, excluding bills. Since there’s a difference between the master and second bedroom, if you stay in the second bedroom, the rent will be slightly lower. You can discuss with the current flatmate which room to stay in. The second bedroom has a large balcony, while the master bedroom is en-suite and slightly larger. Both bathrooms are the same size.
The postcode is E14 9LU, and it’s just a one-minute walk to Crossharbour DLR station. There are also bus stops for D8, D6, etc., right outside. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line and Jubilee Line (Canary Wharf Station), which is very convenient. If you work in Canary Wharf, it’s easily walkable.
There’s an ASDA and Tesco nearby, and a 10-minute walk will take you to Tian Tian Supermarket and Yohome. There are also Chinese restaurants in the area.
The view from the room is nice, and you can see the O2. The building has a front desk and secure access, making it a safe place to live.
Requirements: Ideally, someone who can take over my entire contract. Couples are not accepted.
