I am a working professional in Canary Wharf. As my current roommate is moving out, I am looking for a new flatmate to share my comfortable 2-bed, 2-bath apartment. The room is fully furnished, comes with its own private ensuite bathroom, and is available from April (there is some flexibility). I am pretty easy going and looking for someone who is chill.

The flat features a spacious, bright common area with beautiful water views of Millwall Outer Dock. It includes all essential amenities, such as a dishwasher and washing machine. The location is excellent - a 2-minute walk to the nearest Tesco and DLR station, 5 min to Asda superstore and 5-min to the nearest gym and Mudchute Park.

I have a highly reliable cleaner that comes every two weeks (£40 GBP).

Rent and total bills: ~£1300
Council tax: £80 per person
