Bright double room in quiet house with garden

Comfortable, fully furnished double room (for single use) in a calm and peaceful house on the Isle of Dogs.

The house is about 5 minutes walk from Crossharbour DLR and 1 minute to D7 & 135 buses, so it's easy to get to Canary Wharf and link to the rest of London.

It's a five minute walk to the Mudchute Park & Farm and just a couple of minutes over to the open spaces of the riverside path. Close to mini supermarkets and Asda.

About the house:
Clean and tidy two bedroom house in a quiet residential estate, with a lovely garden and covered outdoor seating / dining area.

Downstairs there is an open plan shared living room with TV, comfy sofas and dining table. This space opens onto the kitchen, with washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, coffee machine and microwave etc (no dishwasher - sorry!). Access to the garden via double doors.

Upstairs there is a bright shared bathroom with an over bath shower.

The bedroom is west facing so it's nice and bright and has a double bed, storage in two chests of drawers, plus a hanging rail and wall pegs. Bedding etc can all be supplied if needed.

All bills are included.

About me and the other residents:
As well as me there are two resident cats, so no pets are possible, sorry.

I'm a professional who works full time within the charity sector, occasionally from home. I enjoy the outdoors, art, restaurants, spending time with friends, exhibitions and museums, as well as chilling with Netflix, gardening and cooking (happy to sometimes share cooking duties with a housemate).

I'm looking to share with a relaxed and friendly female, a non smoker, who is clean and tidy and will respect that this is a quiet house, so no parties. No casual stay overs and occasional guests by prior arrangement only. Might suit a mature professional who appreciates a quiet home in the evening after a hard days work.

I'm open to discussing the possibility of a Mon - Fri arrangement.
