Spacious Double Room in 3 bedroom flat

Hiya!
Sadly, I’m moving out of my flat but there are currently two amazing people remaining. They don’t spend much time around because of their work life but they’re really nice and welcoming. (A plus, as it feels the space is all for yourself!
The flat is between 5 to 10 min from Crossharbour DLR and in 15-20 min you can to Canary Wharf walking. There is a huge Asda close by and Nisa right next to the building if you’re in a hurry.
The room- is very spacious and luminous with a big wardrobe and storage under the bed. It comes with a desk which is ideal if you work from home.
The toilet/bathroom- just shared with one flatmate.
There’s a big kitchen with plenty storage and all the supplies you need.
The living room is also quite big and you can make it your own so it feels like home. Right next to it, there’s a small balcony, quite nice to have breakfast when the sun comes out.

Bills are not included and they’re shared equally between the three of you. They’re usually around £100.
I was told by the agent that the price will possibly stay the same as I’m paying which is £770 per month.
The deposit will be discussed between you and the agent if you decide to take the room but it should be around the same price as the monthly pay.
