Double room in friendly flat in Crouch End

Hello!

Sadly our flatmate is leaving, so we‘re looking for somebody to join us in our 3-bed flat in Crouch End. The flat is spacious and friendly, and also comes with two cuddly and playful cats.
We’re located 5 minutes walk from plenty of shops and restaurants in Crouch End, or a short bus ride / 15 minute walk from Finsbury Park and Harringay station for when you need to get in to Central London.

Your room is a good size double - and if you are interested in taking it, you can purchase all of the furniture in the room very cheaply from our current flatmate (as we did from the previous tenants) whilst still benefiting from paying the unfurnished rent price.

We are tidy and considerate professionals and are often fairly busy, but we like to catch up with one another when we're both in on an evening or weekend, and would love for somebody to join us who’d enjoy settling in to the flat and getting to know us (and the cats!)
