The flat is on the top floor, is very light and spacious and is conveniently located around the corner from Hornsey High Street and is just a few minutes walk from Crouch End Broadway, with all the shops, cafes, restaurants you'll ever need and two cinemas.

It has a large living room & kitchen. Double glazing throughout, wooden floors and a bathroom with separate toilet.

The location also has fantastic transport links.

You can catch the W3 bus to Finsbury Park (Victoria Line) from right outside the front door. Alternatively, it's a short walk to Hornsey Rail Station, Crouch Hill Overground and Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line).

You would be sharing with myself (Russell) and Darren both professional, working full time. I work in film / TV and advertising and Darren is a photographer who also works for TFL.

The flat has a nice, casual and relaxed atmosphere. We all have our own lives and respect each others space but still occasionally socialise in the evenings and weekends - grab a coffee or head to the cinema.

The room is available immediately, as our former flatmate has unfortunately decided to move to Australia (nothing to do with us - his girlfriend lives there)
