Room Available In Friendly House

Hello people of spare room. I'm leaving my house to live a bit closer to work and to move in with some good pals. This house and flat mates are great. I've lived here for nearly a year and have really enjoyed it. The house is always clean and tidy and despite the room being on the small side the rest of the house is really spacious. The area is great, literally a 5 minute walk down the road is crouch end Broadway which has loads of bars/restaurants/shops etc. There's a bus stop across the road which takes you to Finsbury park station in just over 5 minutes. From there you are really connected to the rest of the city.

The flat mates are great. You would be living with 2 girls and a guy, all in their 20's. They're super chill, friendly and easy to get along with. Always up for a night out and equally love to chill.

The room is available now. The rent is £529 a month plus bills which are pretty reasonable for London. There is a very small change of tennant fee which would be around £50.
