Double Room in beautiful Crouch End

Large Double Room available in our beautiful area. The room is quite big, it fits a wardrobe, bed, couch and a desk

The house: 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, big shared living room and kitchen.

The people: we are 3 guys Rob, Jeff and me (Gabriel) leaving here for more than 3 years. Rob and Jeff work in music industry while i am a data analyst. Apart from me who does the usual 9 to 5, the other guys have their working schedule all over the place so at times the house is quite empty with no queues in the morning at the bathroom and so on.
The athmosphere in the house is quite chilled out, we tend to have our beer/glass of wine in the living room together (when our schedules sync) after a busy day but at the same time we respect everyones privacy.

We are looking for someone laid back (preferably a girl for the sake of diversity), clean and with common sense. it's quite simple :)
