Attractive single occupancy double room in shared Victorian house, Crouch End, North London.
We set out to provide a friendly living space.
Students/professionals share their own kitchen/diner & bathroom/shower room with a separate w. c. and access to an external roof terrace with lovely views towards Alexandra Palace.
We are resident landlords and have separate facilities - the equivalent of a flat downstairs. My partner is an ex-architect and yoga teacher and I am a retired teacher.
The room rent includes bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax & fast broadband).
In previous years we have let to students from UCL, SOAS, LSE, Courtauld Institute as well as to graduate professionals.
Transport links are very good; tube from Finsbury Park, buses W3, 41, 91, W5, overground Crouch Hill, main line Harringay into Kings Cross & City.
Crouch End has a village feel with lots of lively cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Local leisure facilities include two parks with tennis courts, a public swimming pool/lido and several gyms, which offer Yoga, Pilates etc. In addition we have an established alternative comedy club and two Arthouse cinemas within walking distance.
