Short Term Sublet- 1 Bedroom Flat-

I would like to sublet my flat for up 2 months and happy to be flexible with the stay duration. The flat has a double bedroom, living room and a garden. It is situated in the heart of Crouch End; desirable, safe and trendy area . All the vibrant restaurants and bars, supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Cooperative), gyms, nail bar and boutique shops are 2 minutes away :)

3 different parks (including Alexandra Palace) are very close.

The following underground/overground stations can be reached with a bus ride :
Crouch Hill (3 bus stops away)
Finsbury Park (6 stops)
Hornsey (3 stops)
Turnpike Lane (6 stops)
Archway station (8 stops )

The living room has a sofa bed and a SmartTV that has free Netflix account.

The garden is quite big and has access to parking.
