Hello, we are 3 gals looking for a new person to join our flat! We have a small double room available and the rent including bills is £592.
Our lovely flatmate is stuck in Italy due to COVID. So we’re just looking for someone to fill her room until the contract ends! There is a possibility of being added on to the contract in August though, as some flatmates wish to stay.

It is a very homely flat above a hairdressers on Crouch End Hill, with a light and airy big living room. It is right in the centre of Crouch End and a short walk away from Alexandra Palace and Queens and Highgate Wood and the nature walk (so loads of places to walk at the moment)
We are LGBTQ+ friendly, like to socialise together (usually in one of the nice local pubs when they’re open) but before the pandemic we each had our own things going on and work various jobs so are also respectful of everyone’s need for space.

There are quick and easy connections to central London via the 91 (right outside our door), and a 20 min walk from the northern line in Archway, or the Victoria and Piccadilly lines in Finsbury Park.
