Double Room in the heart of Crouch End

My old housemate recently procured a girlfriend and decided to move in with her. As such, his room is free! It's a large double room in quite a spacious two bed flat just off of Crouch End Broadway. Fabulous restaurants and amenities are on your doorstep as well as easy access to Finsbury Park and Archway via bus.

The landlord is one of the best I've had, currently the room is unfurnished but he's agreed to buy a new double bed and wardrobes/cabinets when someone decides to move in. I'm not the best with interior design so to whoever takes the place: feel free to make use of the extra storage space and make the common areas your own.

I work in the public sector and I'm subject to strange shift times, I'll be organising viewings for the end of next week (from the 16th but won't be available till then). Bills aren't included.

Preferably I'm looking for someone who's nice, relaxed, works in a professional service and isn't a member of a cult/the occult/extremist political parties. Its the little things eh?
