Hi there,

We’re looking for a new flatmate to fill a double room in Crouch End.
The room is available from the 12th of February.

Viewings will be held on the 1st, 2nd, 8th or 9th of February, with possibly more dates to be confirmed.

About the room:

Comfortable double room
Located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the back garden (quiet and green view)
Plenty of natural light
Good amount of storage

Fully furnished with:
2 wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers,
1 bedside cabinet, double bed with a new mattress,
large desk and table with office chair — well suited for working from home.

About the house:

Spacious kitchen
Living room with two double sofas and a large TV with Chromecast
Virgin fibre broadband (200mb)
Well-equipped kitchen with dining table, 3 fridges, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher
Large garden with BBQ and washing line
Cleaner who comes every other week
Bathroom shared with 3 others, plus a separate WC downstairs
Always cosy thanks to double glazing

Current flatmates:

There will be 5 of us in total once you move in — 4 professionals (2 women and 2 men) in our 30s.

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate (male or female) who’s happy to be sociable from time to time, but also comfortable doing their own thing.
The house is generally chilled and fairly quiet, with the occasional drink, movie night, or local outing together.

The area:

We’re a 5-minute walk from Hornsey station, with a direct line into Moorgate.
A 10-minute bus ride takes you to Finsbury Park (Victoria & Piccadilly lines).

The Arthouse Cinema is just a minute away, along with great bars, cafés and restaurants.
Crouch End also has several gyms, excellent charity shops, and Alexandra Palace just up the road — ideal for walks or runs.

Rent: £887
Deposit: £640
Bills: Up to £150 per month (includes Council Tax, cleaner, gas & electricity, water and internet)
February rent will have already paid. The incoming tenant would just cover the remaining rent from the 12th onwards (£530).
