Double Room in Large House with Garden

We have a double room coming available in our huge house in Crouch End / Hornsey.

The room is cosy, Furnished with; a Bed, Chest of Drawers and a Wardrobe. It has been freshly painted over the past few months, so feels fresh for a new person to move in.

The rent is £700, which includes bills.

Available from the 1st Nov... But can be flexible.

The house is great, with loads of space to chill and hang out, either in the living room with the TV / record player. Kitchen which has loads of plants and natural light, or in the garden, which is massive, and perfect in summer!

We have a big hallway where we keep our bikes if you are a cyclist. The Bathroom is lovely and big, with a large shower and a great bath. We also have a driveway if you own a car, and parking on the street in the surrounding area is free too.

Myself (Liam) & Laura have lived in the house for 9 years! Which obviously says something about the house and the local area. Loads of places to eat and drink in crouch end, and plenty of parks and forests on the doorstep if you like to get out in nature.

We are a very sociable house, who like to cook for each other, go to the pub or have a bottle of wine with a film.
