Crouch End Warm Clean Room In A Lovely House

This is a very quiet room in a lovely Victorian House in Crouch End.

You would share a large comfortable kitchen with two other people, and the bathroom, shower room and extra toilet with the other tenants.

There is also a lovely quiet garden at the back of the the house which can be used by everyone.

The house has all professional people in it so we are looking for someone else who is quiet and caring of others around them to complete our household.

The heating is now on for the winter and set for lovely warm mornings and evenings durng the working week and for both days over the weekend.

The area has access to Hornsey overground, Haringey Station (Five minutes by bus) and several buses which will take you to Finsbury Park tube station and from there you have access to both the Victoria and Piccadilly lines.

The corridors, bathroom, shower room and toilets are are cleaned weekly so the house is well looked after.

The only extra bill is for electricity as each room has a meter so you only pay for what you use.
