I plan to travel and sublet my room in this beautiful two-bedroom garden flat. I've been living here for 3 years and I love the area. you will be sharing with my lovely roommate Aimee who works as a nurse, is house-proud and is into health and wellness.

Ideally situated next to Alexandra Palace and Crouch End.

Rent + bills is £1040 per month,

I like to think I'm house proud and want to live in a warm and cozy interior, which can be a challenge in the London rental market! (It's grim out there)

regular W3 bus service to Finsbury underground or
short walk to Alexandra overground station => Finsbury, moorgate., old street. I cycle everywhere in the summer months

Food
Sophia's Sourdough in Crouch end is one of the best bakery's in London,
Sainsbury's, M&S, and Waitrose are all within walking distance

Parking
Free on-street parking, handy if friends travel and you don't have to worry about parking passes.

Pets
As much as I love all the cats and doggos, the landlord won't accept pets at the moment.
