I am looking for someone to take my flatmate's room from start of October. It’s a lovely cosy flat and very much treated like a home, so looking for someone who feels the same.
THE FLAT:
- Good size, modern kitchen with all the appliances
- Spacious and bright dining and living area
- Balcony with table and chairs and lovely view to London/Alexandra Palace and communal garden area
- Clean and bright bathroom with bath and waterfall shower
- We have tried really hard to make it homely, The flat is let unfurnished but we have furnished it to make it feel like a home!
LOCATION:
-2min walk into centre of Crouch End which has lots of lovely little shops, bars, restaurants, pubs as well as local convenience stores (waitrose/tesco/sains/M&S food). Aldi at Archway. Lidl at Finsbury.
- On bus routes to take you to Finsbury Park/Archway underground stations (zone 2, Victoria, Piccadilly and Northern lines) in 10-15 mins
- Crouch Hill overground is 10-15 mins walk - Hornsey National Rail station is 15-20mins walk (5 min bus) with trains to Moorgate, Kings Cross, London Bridge, and out to Cambridge/Stevenage/Hertfordshire
- Lots of nice nature nearby. 2 mins to Parkland Walk, short walk to Alexandra Palace, Finsbury Park Highgate Woods and Priory Park
YOUR FUTURE ROOM:
- Spacious double room with window so nice and bright. Room is furnished slightly differently to the picture but plenty of space for double bed/wardrobe/chest of drawers/desk
- Rent is £900pm + circa £190-200 bills pm. Includes fast internet, gas/electric/water/ council tax band C -
Furniture: The room is unfurnished, but my current housemate is open to selling some of her furniture or it can be completely empty if you have your own.. Communal areas are partly furnished but happy if you have things to bring as well.
- Room also easily fits a desk (or this could go in the lounge) for all your wfh needs. - off street parking.
ABOUT ME: Kimberley, 34, works as copywriter for The White Company (lots of nice-smelling candles around the flat!) and wfh 2 days a week.
I have my own life, am very sociable and love a pub (lots of options nearby!) but would really like someone who is happy to spend time hanging out in the evening, watching television and enjoying a glass of wine (or two). I’m pretty clean and tidy and hope you are too - at least in communal areas.
Move in dates can be flexible. Looking ideally at mid-November but can flex either side.
