Double room in the heart of Crouch End

Large double room available in shared flat with me and my border terrier.

The room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, a new wardrobe and an old fire place feature. Space for a desk if needed.

The Broadway with its shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and gyms are all moments away. Good transport links via bus and train to central London. Close to Priory Park, Parkland Walk and Ally Pally.

The flat has a large comfortable lounge with a big L-shaped sofa, a desk and Sky TV.

About me, I’m really easy going, I like keeping fit, being out with my dog and I enjoy going to the pub. I work for an advertising agency and work away from time to time so you would have the flat to yourself sometimes.

I'm looking for someone who is tidy, easy going, friendly, sociable but also respectful of each other’s space.


All bills are included except for gas / electric and water.
