Room is unfurnished - I’m currently using it as an office space, but the rest of the flat is furnished. I’ve included a picture of my room which is the same size to show it with a bed and wardrobe.

Good transport links to central London. 10 mins to Finsbury Park. Close to the parkland walk nature reserve and Alexandra Palace. Shops, restaurants, cinema and gyms 5 min walk.

£950 rent a month, no bills included. Bills come to around £180 a month each. Council tax band D.

About me:
I work from home 2 days a week and spend my weekends walking my dog, cooking and chilling out with friends.

Looking for someone who wants a peaceful home. You should be tidy, respectful, friendly and like the option of chilling out together on some evenings. You have to like dogs too - specifically my people loving, cuddly dog Waffle.
